The business manager is a manager who supervises the works teams and helps them manage the sites while respecting the labor budgets that have been defined. He establishes the link between the various departments of the company for the proper execution of the site and ensures compliance with the budget, safety rules, and legislation. The QHSE engineer is responsible for designing and monitoring the proper execution of the company's policy in terms of quality, hygiene, safety and working conditions. He can also invest in a certification process. It defines the objectives in terms of quality and sustainable development (ISO standards), health and safety (OHSAS standards).
